The Law Society's update on Family Law and Family Law Advanced Accreditations commenced in January.
The consultation will review the required knowledge for accreditation, including referencing Welsh law and changes arising from the Children and Families Act 2014.
Requirements for initial, re-accreditation and assessment methodology will also be reviewed.
All accredited individuals will be contact to participate in the consultation process.
