The interview starts the moment you walk through the potential employers door. So be polite to everyone including the receptionist.
Your body language says a lot about you so looking smart in the legal profession is expected.
Check your shoes and handbag (if you have one) for stains.

Have some answers ready for the usual questions about why are you looking to move from your current employer. What do you enjoy or not enjoy about your current role. What are you looking for in your next role.
